Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 9%) in effect at check-in. Room rates are based on single or double occupancy only. There is an additional charge of $30 per person/night for each additional guest over the age of 18 staying in the room. Bell service and housekeeping gratuities are not included in the nightly rate.

Reservations must be made by September 17, 2026, to receive the discounted rates based on availability or until the Encore Room Block sells out.

ROOM RESERVATION GUARANTEE

All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card or a first night's room deposit plus tax. All reservations that are not canceled seven (7) days prior to the arrival date will be charged as a no-show to the individual and will forfeit their deposit.

Deluxe guest rooms have the added features of marble bathrooms and the finest amenities available.
Premium Rooms sit directly on the harbor with no view obstruction.
One, two, and three-bedroom suites feature full kitchens with a stovetop, a microwave, a full refrigerator, a pull-out sofa, a dining room, a private balcony, and a Jacuzzi. The two and three bedrooms also feature a fireplace in the bedroom. Upgrades are based on availability and are not included in the block. To reserve an upgrade, contact the hotel directly. Be sure to inquire about specific amenities and the availability of all accommodations.

RESORT FEE

Rates are subject to a $25 taxable Resort fee per room, per night. The Resort fee includes complimentary access to parking, unlimited local and toll-free calls, wireless internet in guest rooms and public space, access to the business center, outdoor zero-entry pool and hot tub, and a $15 voucher per stay to Bar Harbor Whale Watch. The Resort Fee also allows access to the state-of-the-art fitness center at the Bar Harbor Club Spa and access to the Pool House, which includes an oceanfront pool and hot tub, tennis courts, shuffleboard, basketball court, and playground, concierge service, children's activities, and game room.
